Sony vaio YB was introduced last year that featured AMD Brazos 1.0 processors (that included AMD E350 and E450). Now, Sony is offering Vaio E SVE11113FXB that looks very similar to the YB. However, the new Vaio mini laptop will come with new AMD Brazos 2.0 processor, AMD E2 1800 that will offer better performance than Brazos 1.0 and of course, any Atom processor till date.
In 2010, Sony came out with Vaio X that was touted as the replacement for the Vaio X11 and Vaio TT. Now, the company is offering a new Core i-series powered mini laptop that is called the Vaio T11. Right now, it is powered by second generation Sandy Bridge Core i-series processor only, but very soon you will see Ivy Bridge CPU models as well.
