Acer Mini Laptop
Acer Aspire One 756 is the first mini laptop from the electronic giant to feature Intel Celeron 877 processor. This processor runs rounds around the Intel Atom processor in terms of performance. That said, it will be interesting to see how it performs in the battery department as other Acer mini laptops like Acer D270 and Aspire Happy have amazing battery runtimes.
Aspire One (AO) 725 is the mini laptop by Acer that is being powered by the AMD dual core C60 processor that comes with integrated ATi Radeon HD 6290 GPU. It has a nice 11.6 inch display with 1366 x 768 pixel resolution with a brightness of 200 nits.
Acer sells the most number of these tiny machines and undisputedly, is the top mini laptop manufacture.
Acer has been cranking out cheap mini laptops under 300 dollars (~Rs 15,000) from the past few years and Aspire One D527 is no different. However, with the D527, they have gone one step ahead pricing it at 250 dollars (< Rs 12,500). Despite the low price tag, the company managed to pack in Atom N570 dual core processor that runs at 1.66GHz clock speed.
Acer D270 is the successor of the immensely popular Acer D260 mini laptop that is based on the just released Cedar Trail Atom platform. Powered by the new Intel D2800 processor clocked at 1.86GHz, it brings some serious power to the world of mini laptops.
